*- A Rental Registration Form Must be Completed for Each Rental Property Address. A Rental Permit Fee of $25.00 per rental unit is payable every year. Rental Inspection Fees for the Scheduled Bi-Annual Inspections are Included in the Rental Permit Fee. Rental Re-Inspection Fees of $25.00 per Inspection Following the Initial Follow-Up Inspection will be charged. A $100.00 Fee Per Rental Unit will be Assessed to the Owners of Rental Properties that Fail to Register Their Properties in Accordance to Chapter 156- Rental Code.
