Perry Industrial ParkThe Perry Industrial Park is comprised of 151 acres located on Highway 141 at the east edge of Perry. The Park is a short 25 minute drive from Interstates 35 and 80, and only 40 minutes from downtown Des Moines. The Perry Municipal Airport is only five miles down the road, and the Des Moines International Airport is a 45 minute drive. Current tenants in the park include Percival Scientific, ITC Midwest and Hy-Line International.
