Perry Commercial Park 

The Perry Commercial Park is comprised of 11.74 acres located at the intersection of Willis Avenue and Highway 141 at the east edge of Perry. The Park is a short 25 minute drive from Interstates 35 and 80, and only 40 minutes from downtown Des Moines. The Perry Municipal Airport is only five miles down the road, and the Des Moines International Airport is a 45 minute drive. Farm Credit Services of America is headquartered in the Park.
