Perry Area Winter Swim (PAWS) Head Coach
Perry Area Winter Swim Head Coach is responsible for providing analyzation of swim techniques. The development of individual swimming skills, educating swimmers on various styles and overseeing training.

Hours: Practice and meet schedules vary by season and team size. Practices typically take place Tuesday and Thursday 6p-8:30p, and Sunday 3:00p-5:30p at the McCreary Community Building.

- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Competitive swimming background preferred.
- Knowledge of competitive swimming structure and club operations.
- Knowledge of instructing and coaching developmental and competitive swimming.
Pre-employment Certifications:
- Current Lifeguard certification - Not required by preferred (American Red Cross preferred, others as approved by CE Aquatic coordinator.)
- Current first aid and CPR-PR Certification (American Red Cross preferred, others as approved by CE Aquatic coordinator.)
