Public Service Announcement
The City of Perry will allow open burning of yard waste materials
from April 1, 2010 to May 31, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to sundown.
All burning is restricted to private property, in the rear of the property
and must be supervised at all times.
All burning must be at least thirty (30) feet from any building inhabited by persons other than the landowner or tenant conducting the open burning.
